Let me say something very clearly.
A degree does not guarantee employment.
It never has.
What a degree guarantees is eligibility.
That is different.
Employers do not hire degrees.
They hire value.
If 200 graduates apply for the same job and all of them have degrees what becomes the differentiator?
Positioning.
Communication.
Clarity.
Preparedness.
Most students graduate academically prepared…
But professionally unprepared.
And this gap is what causes frustration.
